The resulting percentage of the mixture must be between 30% and 65%. Can't be more or less. Thus 10% and 75% are impossible. The only way 65% is possible is if ZERO of the 30% is used. The only way 30% is possible is if ZERO of the 65% is used. 37% is the most reasonable answer.
