The pressure a column of liquid exerts on the bottom is 

P = ,

where  is the liquid density, g is acceleration due to gravity and h is the height of the column of the liquid.

So, in your case P = 1080*10*1.5 = 16200 kpa.

To account for the atmospheric pressure add it (101 kpa).

But keep in mind that the same atmospheric pressure acts to the bottom from the outside 
  (until special measures are taken to isolate the bottom from the atmosphere).
