You can use logic without math on this one...
Since she wants a mixture costing exactly $2.50 per ounce, she would need the exact same amount of $3 stuff as $2 stuff, since $2.50 is the middle of $2 and $3.
The answer is simply 20 ounces of the $2 stuff.
