To solve this problem you need 2 pieces of data.
1. The amount of time that passes
2. The temperature drop over that amount of time

Because you measure the time from noon (12) to (5) there has been a 5 hour time difference.
to find the temperature change subtract 58 from 70 and you get 12 degrees.
now divide the temperature by the time
