If one pipe, running alone, take 1 minutes less to fill the tank at the new rate, and the other pipe takes 2 minutes more to fill in the tank at the new rate, then the 2 pipes running together will fill the tank in 7 minutes. Find how much time the tank will be filled by each pipe running alone at new rates.
