multiply by 132r, cancel the denominators and you have
r(r-11) + 132(r-11) = 132r
r^2 - 11r + 132r - 1452 = 132r
Combine on the left
r^2 - 11r + 132r - 132r - 1452 = 0
r^2 - 11r - 1452 = 0
