(12+2x)(15+x)=180*2
180+30x+12x+2x^2=360
2x^2+42x+180-360=0
2x^2+42x-180=0
2(x^2+21x-90)=0
using the quadratic equation we get:
x=(-21+-sqrt[21^2-4*1*-90])/2*1
x=(-21+-sqrt[441+360])/2
x=(-21+-sqrt801)/2
x=(-21+-28.3)/2
x=(-21+28.3)/2
x=7.3/2
