Not much to use. You have two numbers. 1 hour, and 2 birdhouses. Assuming these have linear relationship, give variables to time and to birdhouses.
y, count of the birdhouses
x, count of time in hours
x=0 may correspond to y=0, meaning initially, no birdhouses. Vertical change was 2 for y and 1 for x, so ....
