8 men can built a house in 90 days
1/2 as many men will take twice as long, so:
4 men can built a house in 180 days
5 times as many men will take 1/5 as long, so
20 men can build a house in 36 days

Here is another method.
The other tutor astutely noticed the common factor of 4.
8*90=720 man days
720/20=36 days for 20 men
Not sure which is easier.
