Is that 1,250,000?
If so, then the first 50,000 is charged 1,000 commission.
That leaves 1,200,000 at 1.5%, or 18,000. Total commission = 18,000 + 1,000 = 19,000
.
If it's 125,000, then
The first 50,000 = 1,000
Leaving 125000-50000 or 75,000 on which 1.5% commission is earned, or 1125.
1000 + 1125 = 2125
