Note that this is a conditional probability(Pr) problem using OR which requires us to add Pr's
There are 4 queens in a standard deck of cards, therefore
Pr of drawing a queen is 4/52 = 1/13
Pr of drawing a black card = 26/52 = 1/2
now,
Pr of drawing a queen or a black card = 1/13 + 1/2 = 0.576923077
