cereals 2.40 ------ 4 - x pounds
Mixture 2.15 ---------------- 4
Total 4 pounds
2 x + 2.4 ( 4 - x ) = 4*2.15
2 x + 9.6 - 2.4 x = 8.6
2 x - 2.4 x = 8.6 - -9.6
-0.4 x = -1
/ -0.4
x = 2.5 pounds 2.00% pretzels
1.5 pounds 2.40% cereals
