L*D*k = Cost
5*2*k = 48
10k = 48
k = 4.8

For 8' of 4" tubing:
Cost = 8*4*4.8
Cost = $153.60

First inclination was to change the length to inches also, but you get the same
answer whether you do or don't
Using all inches k = .4
