Rectangle: width x  and length(2x-5), area = 150ft^2, find Perimeter



A = x(2x-5) = 150f^2

   2x^2 -5x - 150 = 0

   (2x +15)(x -10) = 0   x = 10ft  (tossing out negative solution for unit measure

Rectangle: width of 10ft, length of 15ft

 P =   50ft of fencing will be needed
