Let he amt be "x" lbs ; Amt of cashews = 0.20x lbs
Amt of 100% cashews is "4-x" lbs ;

25% Mixture Dats:
Amt = 4 lbs ; Amt of cashews = 0.25*4 lbs = 1 lb

EQUATION:
cashews + cashews = cashews
0.20x + 4-x = 1 lb
-0.80x = -3
