If 12 people are needed to run four machines, how many people are needed to run 20 machines

Answer by wilft1(217)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
12 people run 4 machines, how many are needed for 20?
20 divided by 4 = 5
12 x 5 = 60
you need 60 people to run 20 machines
or you could divide 12 by 4, = 3, then multiply by 20 to get 60
