using the quadratic equation we get
X=(-18+-SQRT[18^2-4*1*-844])/2*1
X=(-18+-SQRT[324+3376])/2
X=(-18+-SQRT3700)/2
X=(-18+-60.828)/2
X=(-18+60.828)/2
X=42.828/2
X=21.414 & 21.414+10=31.414 ARE THE PICTURE DIMENSIONS
