We need the lowest common multiple of 10,15,and 20
10 = 2*5
15 = 3*5
20 = 2*2*5
These are the prime factorization for these numbers.
2*2*3*5 = 60 This is the lowest common multiple.
Noon is the answer.

After 60 minutes, they ring together again.
