LET X & (X+1)BE THE 2 INTEGERS.
X(X+1)=3(X+X+1)-3
X^2+X=3(2X+1)-3
X^2+X=6X+3-3
X^2+X-6X=0
X^2-5X=0
X(X-5)=0
X=0 ANS.
X-5=0
X=5 ANS.
PROOF:
5(5+1)=3(5+5+1)-3
5*6=3*11-3
30=33-3
30=30
