let the width=x m
as per question legth=3x+13
the area=x(3x+13)=10
or 3x^2+13x-10=0
or 3x^2+15x-2x-10=0
or 3x(x-5)-2(x-5)=0
or (x-5)(3x-2)=0
or x=5 or 2/3 m ans
