A^2+B^2=3
(2-B)(2-B)+B^2=3
4-4B+B^2+B^2=3
2B^2-4B+1=0
THE QUADRATIC EQUATION GIVES US THE SOLUTION OF

A=.39 & 1.71
A^2+B^2=3
1.71^2+.39^2=3
2.92+.08=3
