i think it is 4 digit no you r talking about
ones is 3
hundreds is smallest prime>5 is 7
then the sum of thousands & tens place is 20-(7+3)=10
the no is more than 9000
so thousands place is 9 then obviously tens place is 1
so the no is 9713 ans
