Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
A small business predicts sales according to straight-line method. if sales were $50,000 the first year and $110,000 in the third year, find the rate of growth in dollars per year. (the slope of the line).
----------
slope =[110,000-50000]/[3-1]
slope = 60000/2
slope = 30000
