given:

(2) +3b+%2B+2p+=+22000+

Multiply both sides of (1) by 2
and subtract (1) from (2)
(2) +3b+%2B+2p+=+22000+
(1) +-2b+-+2p+=+20000+
+b+=+2000+
and, from (1)
(1) +2000+%2B+p+=+10000+
