sun flower seed 1.1 ---------------- x lb
Mixture 0.7 ---------------- 100 + x lb

0.6*100+1.1x=0.7(100+x)
60+1.1x =70+0.7x
1.1x-0.7x=70-60
0.4x=10
/0.4
x= 25
25 lb of sun flower seed
