The number of posts is one more than the number of spaces between posts.
1 space = 2 posts means 90 feet per space. (does not fit 8 to 14 range)
2 spaces = 3 posts means 45 feet per space: (No)
3 spaces = 4 posts meands 30 feet per space: (No)
4 spaces (Not possible, 90 mod 4 not equal to zero)
5 spaces = 6 posts means 18 feet per space: (No)
6 spaces = 7 posts means 15 feet per space: (No, but close)
8 spaces (Not possible, see 4 spaces above)
9 spaces = 10 posts means 10 feet per space: Fits.
10 spaces = 11 posts means 9 feet per space: Fits.
11, 12, 13, 14, spaces not possible.
15 spaces = 16 posts means 6 feet per space: (No)
