Let x be the SMALLEST ODD integer then
the next odd number is x + 2
---------------------- x + 4
---------------------- x + 6
Their sum is 112
x + (x + 2) + (x + 4) + (x + 6) = 112
4x + 12 = 112
4x = 112 - 12
4x = 100
x = 100/4
x = 25
Thus the four numbers are 25, 27, 29, and 31
Check: 25 + 27 + 29 + 31 = 112
