Easy way to view percentages, go to google and type normal distribution....
+- 1 standard deviation: 34% + 34% = 68%
+- 3 standard deviations: 50% + 50% = 100%
Not Sure for This One (my idea of it)
+- 3.5 standard deviations: 100% + 1% = 101%
