You can make the table, but here is how I
would solve it:
How many times Lisa's age is Marcus now?

Let = number of years I want to add to both ages
so that

In 2 years, Marcus will be 3 times Lisa's age
check:

OK
For a table, you can list x, 49 + x, 15 + x, 3*(15 + x)
and x=1, x=2, x=3
