M = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1) = (6 - 3)/(11 - 2) = 3/9 = 1/3
M = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1) = (21 - 18)/(8 + 3) = 3/11
They are not parallel.
(EX 28)
M = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1) = (6 - 3)/(11 - 2) = 3/9 = 1/3
M = (18 - 3)/(-3 - 2) = 15/-5 = -3
They are perpendicular.
