The idea was to complete 30 houses per square blocks in the neighborhood in 1 hr and 30 min with 9 teams of 3 volunteers, but instead it took 2 hours.
If I get 11 teams instead of 9 of 4 people each, how many houses could I cover in less time?

w = k/t
27 = k/120
k = 120*27
k = 3240

Equation:
w = 3240/t

Let # of people be 11*4 = 44
44 = 3240/t
t = 3240/44
t = 73.64 minutes to cover 30 houses.
or 73.64 min/30 = 2.455 minutes per house

In 120 minutes you could cover 120/2.455 = 48.89 houses
