Not enough information. The two points provided may either be a leg of the triangle or a hypotenuse of the triangle. If the two points form a leg of the triangle, the third point can lie along any line perpendicular to that segment, meeting at either point. If the two points form the hypotenuse of the triangle, the triangle is still not uniquely determined but we can figure out the hypotenuse from the distance formula.
