It was reported on the 5 o'clock weather that the current temperature was 7F degrees. The forecast was for the temperature to drop 13 degrees by 6:00a.m. What will the temperature be at 6:ooa.m.?

It's 5 degs
If it drops (decreases) by 13, it'll be 5 - 13 = -8 degs.
