So at the end of 95 seconds, you have received calls
At that time, 5 calls end and 5 more news ones come in. Assuming you can assign the news calls to the freed up ports from the ones that just ended, you ought to be at steady state with 495 active ports. You might want to allow a little slop, but no way will you need 560
