need the answer for time .80 mile
I ran .99 mile in a time of 5:12
------
rate = distance/time = 0.99 mi/(5 1/5)hr
---
= 0.99/(6/5)
---
= 0.825 mph
-------------
Your Problem:
time = distance/rate
---
time = 0.80 mi/0.825 mph = 0.97 hr = 58.18 minutes
