The largest product has to be when the largest 
two digits 6 and 8 come first to contribute the
most number of tens possible.  So we just have 
to try these two possibilities:

  63         65
 ×85        ×83 
 315        195 
5040       5200 
5355       5395

and we see that the one on the right is the larger product.

It is either going to be 85 times 63 or 83 times 65. Which one gives you the bigger product?
