The question is: A parking lot has 120 vehicles with motorcycles and cars in the ratio of 7:5. Find the number of motorcycles and cars in the parking lot.

The sum of the ratios is: 7+5=12
Dioviding the total number of vehicles we get:
120/10
This is the ratio multiplier.
7*10=70 number of motorcycles.
5*10= 50 the number of cars.
Proof:
50+70=120
7/5=70/50
7/5=7/5
