Jina drove 345 miles using 13 gallons of gas. At this rate, how many gallons of gas would she need to drive 276 miles?

Divide 345 by 13. That gives you miles per gallon. Presuming constant fuel consumption (that's what "at this rate" means). Divide 276 by your result.
