A company name Tropical Pools figure that its monthly revenue in dollars on the sale of x number of above ground pools is given by R = 1500x � 3x2, where x is less than 25. What number of pools would they have to sell to generate revenue of $17,568?

Revenue = 17,568
...
17568=1500x-3x^2
re organize the equation
3x^2-1500x+17568=0
/3
x^2-500x+5856=0
x^2-488x-12x+5856=0
x(x-488)-12(x-488)=0
(x-488)(x-12)=0
since x < 25
the number of pools they should sell.
