Can you please help me with the following problem:
Rewrite the equation  -2x + 3y = -15 as a function of x

Solve for y and substitute f(x) for y

-2x + 3y = -15

      3y = 2x - 15

       y = (2x - 15)/3

    f(x) = (2x - 15)/3
