Hi,
Adding the fractions 1/3, 5/6, and 3/8
Expressing each with a common denominator of 24
1/3 = 8/24, 5/6 = 20/24, 3/8 = 9/24
Adding
8/24 + 20/24 + 9/24 = (8 + 20 + 9)/24 = 37/24 = 1 13/24
