students sold printed gift wrap and solid gift wrap. The total number of rolls sold is 480. the cost of the solids rolls are $4.00. the cost of the printed rolls are $6.00. The total amount of money collected is $2340. How many rolls of each were sold?

solid....... (480-x).............4.00

Total........480 money collected = 2340
....
6x+4*(480-x)=2340
6x+1920-4x=2340
2x=2340-1920
2x=420
x= 120 rolls of printed
balance solid rolls
