2x^2 + 13x + 15
Think of two numbers whose product is 2*15 = 30
and whose sum is 13
The numbers are 10 and 3

Substitute 10x+3x for 13x

2x^2+10x+3x+15
Factor the first 2 and last 2 terms separately.
---
2x(x+5)+3(x+5)
Factor again to get the final answer.
(x+5)(2x+3)

2x2 + 27x + 13
Same procedure:
2x^2+26x+x+13
2x(x+13)+(x+13)
(x+13)(2x+1)

5x2 − 2x − 7
Same procedure:
5x^2-7x+5x-7
x(5x-7)+(5x-7)
