What do x and y represent? Graph the equation. How many solutions are ther to the equation given that the number of tents of each type must be a whole number.
I think x simply means 8x10 tent and y means a 9x12 tent
I have worked on graphing the equation, but I don't know how to post it here anyway.
the real mystery to me is how many possible solutions?

What do x and y represent?
x is the number of 8x10 tents; y is the number of 9x12 tents.
