Equations:
A - B = 8
B-4 = (3/4)A
------------------
Rearrange:
A = B+8
4B-16 = 3A
-------------------
Substitute for A and solve for "B":
4B-16 = 3(B+8)
4B-16 = 3B+24
B = 40 sq units (area of the smaller rectangle)

Since A = B+8, A = 48 sq units (area of the larger rectangle)
