dave takes 90 steps /minute , length of each step = 75 cm, walks for 16 minutes
Total distance walked = 16*75*90=108 000 cm

jack takes 100 steps of 60 cm each = 6000 cm /minute
distance = 108 000 cm
rate = 6000 steps/minute
..
distance / rate = time
108 000 / 6000
=18 minutes
