Therefore if if the clock face is 360 degrees in a circle, you must divide degrees into minutes: 360 degrees('A full circle") divided by 60 minutes(The clock face") is 6 degrees per-minute times
the minutes between 9:45 and 10:13 =28 minutes = 168 degrees.
