Del Monte asparagus spears sell for $1.39 for 8oz, and Green Giant asparagus spears cost $1.99 for 12 oz. Which is the better buy, and by how much, rounded to the nearest tenth of a cent.
I divided the price by the ounces and came up with .17 cents for both. The answer is the Green Giant brand becuase it is .8 cents cheaper. ??????
