There are 5280 feet in a statute mile. So there are 5280 times 12 = 63360 inches in a mile. If the tire makes 672 revolutions in 63360 inches, the circumference of the tire must be 63360 divided by 672 is approximately 94.29 inches. The circumference of a circle (I hope your tire is a very good approximation of a circle -- otherwise you are in for a VERY bumpy ride) is given by 2 times times the radius. Therefore, the radius is the circumference divided by 2 times . 94.29 divided by is very close to one of your answers. You can do the rest of the arithmetic.

By the way, congratulations on being the recipient of my 6000th Algebra.com answer. You don't win anything, and neither do I, but I just wanted to commemorate the event.
