Question 255254: What is the smallest positive integer n so that 13n leaves a remainder of 1 when divided by 11?
Answer by Theo(13342) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
13/11 = 1+2
26/11 = 2+4
39/11 = 3+6
52/11 = 4+8
65/11 = 5+10
78/11 = 7+1 *****************************8
looks like the number is 6
6*13 = 78
78/11 = 7 + a remainder of 1.
7*11 = 77 + 1 = 78
